1. Who we are
MoneySkins is operated by The Global Paradise LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, contact support@moneyskins.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect your Steam ID and public Steam profile (such as your display name and avatar) when you sign in; the email address and phone number you provide, which we use for verification, security, and service notices; your Steam trade link and the Steam Web API key you choose to add, used only to monitor the trades you initiate, along with snapshots of the inventory items you list; your transaction information, including wallet balance, deposits, purchases, sales, and withdrawal requests; and basic device and usage data. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store your full card details.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the marketplace and your wallet, verify your identity and secure your account, process trades and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, comply with our legal obligations, and improve the Service.
4. How we share your information
We share information only as needed to run the Service: with trusted third-party providers that handle payments, verification messaging, and email delivery on our behalf; with Steam, to carry out the trades you initiate; and where required by law or to prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data.
5. How we protect your information
We store your information securely and use industry-standard safeguards. Sensitive credentials you add are kept using strong encryption and are never displayed back to you.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to meet our legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EU and UK, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact support@moneyskins.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. You can also manage your notification preferences in your account settings.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and keep you signed in. Where required, we use analytics cookies only with your consent, which you can manage through the cookie consent banner.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger.
